Hello jsibley , My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! I recommend implementing Google Calendar integration in your Zoom Rooms to alleviate user error. That way when you create the event in your Google calendar and "make it a Zoom Meeting" it will pull the join link directly from your account with the password hash embedded if you have that enabled and your participants can simply click yes on the calendar invite and it will add the join link to the calendar event space in their Google, Outlook, etc Calendars.
